R. J.  possesses a breadth and depth of experience that uniquely qualifies him to represent his clients.  He developed a focus on details, efficiency, and task completion as a former military officer.  Following his military career RJ transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry where he developed the business skills that led him to the executive ranks.  RJ has industry experience in sales, training, marketing, leadership, and business operations.  He is a nine-time national award winner who has negotiated healthcare contracts valued in the tens of millions of dollars.

R. J.’s general business experience has been enhanced by his entrepreneurial endeavors.  A serial-entrepreneur, he has started and sold businesses ranging from the food industry to the professional coaching and marketing industries.

Real estate experience prior to licensing was rooted in the investment property sector.  R. J. purchased his first rental property in 1996, and has bought, remodeled, sold, and held numerous investment properties since then.  Investing is where he developed the love of real estate that ultimately led to his decision to pursue it as a career.

The ability to connect and understand her client’s needs has given Stacie Mayes the ability to succeed. Downtown Knoxville properties have been a part of Melinda Grimac’s life since the early 90’s when she and her husband acquired their first property on Gay Street. Melinda was a fan of the downtown area when many failed to see the potential of our wonderful city. Residential and commercial development projects are natural fits to her thought processes and goals.

In Melinda’s personal endeavors, she has designed and managed several projects from beginning to end and continues to hold several properties as investments. Her most recent project was a commercial building on Gay Street where she currently resides. Melinda’s personal residence was created from previously leased office spaces. As the owner and end user of the property, Melinda acted as general contractor during which time she designed the layout, chose building materials and all finishes, and supervised the project to completion. Melinda and her family have lived in the space for several years now and they love it. Downtown is a wonderful place!
