Extraordinary Agent of the Week | Melinda Grimac

Downtown Knoxville properties have been a part of Melinda Grimac’s life since the early 90’s when she and her husband acquired their first property on Gay Street. Melinda was a fan of the downtown area when many failed to see the potential of our wonderful city. Residential and commercial development projects are natural fits to her thought processes and goals.

In Melinda’s personal endeavors, she has designed and managed several projects from beginning to end and continues to hold several properties as investments. Her most recent project was a commercial building on Gay Street where she currently resides. Melinda’s personal residence was created from previously leased office spaces. As the owner and end user of the property, Melinda acted as general contractor during which time she designed the layout, chose building materials and all finishes, and supervised the project to completion. Melinda and her family have lived in the space for several years now and they love it. Downtown is a wonderful place!

Melinda’s clients benefit from her personal hands-on real estate experiences as well as her ability to guide clients through the decision-making process of achieving their own real estate goals. Whether you choose a move-in ready property or one that is waiting for your special touches: residential or commercial. Melinda looks forward to working with you.

Extraordinary Agent of the Week

You might say that real estate is in Angie Riedl’s blood; growing up in Knoxville as part of a family that ran a construction business, Angie has been passionate about real estate all her life. From initial drawings to final finish work, the process continues to fascinate her.  Angie appreciates the charm and character of each unique home and is constantly amazed at the attention to detail she finds in the homes available in Knoxville’s historic neighborhoods.

Angie earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at the University of Tennessee, and before entering real estate as a profession, she served at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center as a Clinical Social Worker. She typically dealt with patients and families in critical situations. Angie learned how to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that each patient’s needs were met to achieve the best possible outcome. She has carried over this client- and outcome-centered work ethic as a real estate agent. Angie treats every person she works with as unique, and no two deals work out the same, so it is always imperative to keep on top of things!

Whether you are looking for a new home or want to sell one, Angie will guide you through the process, listen to your wants and needs, and always focus on your ultimate goal. The real estate market has been very volatile in the more than 10 years Angie has been an agent, but she has been successful by always keeping focus on her clients. This focus has resulted in a proven track record as a Multi-Million-Dollar Producer every year since 2003, and a Top 5 Agent in this office for the past 4 years.
