For me there's no greater reward than making a positive impact on the life of another. I have made real estate my career because of the benefits of helping others. To navigate the complex decisions involved in today's real estate market requires the guidance of a professional. I am committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm. Providing all the information necessary to make real estate investment decisions throughout the changing market cycles is something I take pride in. As a leading real estate professional in Knoxville, I took my career - and the real estate industry - to a higher level by opening the doors to Alliance Sotheby's International Realty. I felt that the Knoxville real estate market was in need of a higher standard in luxury properties and communities. Sotheby's International Realty is a world-wide leader in marketing and selling exceptional properties and I am proud to bring Knoxville into that equation. In less than a year our team has doubled in size and is quickly becoming home to many of the area's premier agents who are attracted to the unique marketing and brand awareness that Sotheby's International Realty provides.

Terri Wood

Coming from a background in Radiation Therapy has served me well in all areas of my life, but especially in real estate where that attention to detail is so vital. I've found this diligence to be particularly helpful in finding the right home for my clients.

After leaving the medical field and before becoming a real estate agent, I was a full-time mom so I know the importance of having a home in which to nurture your family. I understand the trust you are placing in me when you choose me as your realtor, and strive to meet all of your expectations to the best of my ability.

Every day in real estate is different and that is what makes it so exciting for me. The real estate industry can be challenging at times, and I approach each challenge as an opportunity for growth. I have learned first-hand the growth that comes from constantly learning, and consider myself forever a student of life. At the end of the day, I'm always looking to grow both personally and professionally, and bring that knowledge to my clients.

I was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, and graduated from East Tennessee State University. Family is very important to me. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my husband and three sons, reading, cooking and gardening. When the weather is nice, I love hiking some of the many trails in East TN, or taking long walks with our Labrador Retriever.

Jenny Snodgrass

Vice President of Operations and Management

Born and raised in Knoxville, Jenny graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a BS in industrial engineering, and later earned her MBA from Bristol University. After working for General Motors in Alabama, Jenny returned to Knoxville to take a position with CVS, maximizing efficiency in distribution centers throughout the eastern United States.

Transitioning into real estate evolved naturally: Jenny has a passion to create results, boundless energy, and a desire to balance her career and family life. But it's her love of homes that best prepared Jenny for a career in real estate. She has designed and built three homes, and remodeled four more (two for herself and two for others). It was when she and a friend partnered in 2006 for an investment opportunity that Jenny decided to earn her real estate license and devote her career to helping clients buy and sell homes. Today, Jenny ranks among the top 4% of producing agents in the Knoxville area.

Earning her broker's license in 2010, Jenny recently accepted a leadership role with Alliance Sotheby's International Realty as Senior Vice President of Operations and Management. This means that, in addition to helping clients find the perfect property or the optimal sales strategy, Jenny mentors the Knoxville team of Sotheby's real estate agents to provide impeccable service, negotiate the best contracts for their clients, and maintain the highest professional standards.

Jenny serves on the Education Committee of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, actively volunteers for the PTO of her children's high school and middle school, serves on her neighborhood HOA board, and runs with the Knoxville Track Club, finishing in the top 22% overall in the 2012 Covenant Health Knoxville Half Marathon.
