As a leading real estate professional in Knoxville, I took my career - and the real estate industry - to a higher level by opening the doors to Alliance Sotheby's International Realty. I felt that the Knoxville real estate market was in need of a higher standard in luxury properties and communities. Sotheby's International Realty is a world-wide leader in marketing and selling exceptional properties and I am proud to bring Knoxville into that equation. In less than a year our team has doubled in size and is quickly becoming home to many of the area's premier agents who are attracted to the unique marketing and brand awareness that Sotheby's International Realty provides.

Angie Riedl

You might say that real estate is in my blood. Growing up in Knoxville as part of a family that ran a construction business, I've been passionate about real estate all my life. From initial drawings to final finish work, the process continues to fascinate me. I appreciate the charm and character of each unique home and am constantly amazed at the attention to detail I find in the homes available in Knoxville's historic neighborhoods.

I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees at the University of Tennessee, and before entering real estate as a profession, I served at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center as a Clinical Social Worker. I typically dealt with patients and families in critical situations. I learned how to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that each patient's needs were met to achieve the best possible outcome. I have carried over this client- and outcome-centered work ethic as a real estate agent. I treat every person I work with as unique, and no two deals work out the same, so it is always imperative to keep on top of things!

The real estate market has been very volatile in the more than 10 years I've been an agent, but I have been successful by always keeping focus on my clients. This focus has resulted in a proven track record as a Multi-Million-Dollar Producer every year since 2003, and a Top 5 Agent in our office for the past 3 years.

As part of the Leadership team, I will help us grow market share through a combination of marketing, agent recruitment, and agent retention. My role in marketing will involve working with the Marketing Director to plan social media, web, and print campaigns, as well as finding new avenues to increase the brand's visibility. I will also help the Leadership team recruit by targeting new agents via a production analysis, networking, and identifying opportunities for incentive programs. Agent retention will focus on creating a collaborative, nurturing environment in which agents are empowered to meet and surpass their goals through the use of technology, marketing, and education.
